You are here: Home > Tech Tips > Bleeding Sequence Bleeding Sequence

The calipers shall be installed with bleeders pointing up (enabling air to escape at high point). There are two bleeder screws, bleed the outboard one first then inboard. The bleeding sequence generally should be performed starting from the corner that is farthest to the driver, moving toward the driver. i.e. Passenger rear, Driver rear, Passenger front, Driver front.

However due to electronics, the correct bleeding sequence for the Infiniti G35 is Right rear, Left front, Left rear, and finally Right front.

Please always refer to your factory service manual for the proper bleeding sequence.

After bleeding, test and make sure the brake pedal is firm before driving.
