This kit is specially designed for a 100% bolt on installation.

This kit includes:
  • 2 ea. RB 6-piston caliper (6061-T6 forged aluminum alloy)
  • 2 ea. RB 4-piston rear caliper (6061-T6 forged aluminum alloy)
  • 2 ea. Front CCM Rotor
  • 2 ea. Rear CCM Rotor
  • 4 ea. Caliper adaptors (including new 12.9 grade M12 caliper mounting bolts)
  • 1 ea. Front street performance brake pads
  • 1 ea. Rear street performance brake pads
  • 1 ea. Car set SS brake lines
  • 2 ea. 500ml bottles Motul RBF 600 brake fluid

This kit shall fit under 20" and some aftermarket 19" wheels, however we recommend checking your wheel clearance with the template.

Features and Benefits:
  1. Easy & direct bolt on installation.
  2. Use standard FMSI PD1395 (front) and PD1165 (rear) brake pads, same as Ferrari F430 Scud/F458 & Corvette ZR1. RB duly modified the front pad for better fitment to CCM disc than OE configuration. More choices in compound and suppliers at lower cost than original from Porsche dealers.
  3. Pads are supported by 2x M6 Allen head bolts to positively position the pads in place under the hold down spring.
  4. Pad springs in four corners provides tight fit of brake pads w/o rocking movement like OE's bare machined surface or pad bolt.
  5. RB caliper's stainless steel piston reduces heat transfer to brake fluid, and will not crack like OE's.
  6. Built-in dust seals, no boots to burn out like OE's external dust boots.
  7. RB caliper are engineered to improve braking efficiency and minimize pad taper wear.
  8. Caliper bodies are assembled together with 12.9 grade high strength bolts provides better rigidity than OE's mono-block.

Caliper Design:

- Caliper Body: Made of forged 6061-T6. Light weight calipers are re-designed and built for the toughest brake jobs with extended service life before any rebuild is required.

- Low Profile: Together with RB Center-Mount design two-piece rotors, you hardly even need to require a spacer to install the kit.

- Pistons: Stainless steel instead of aluminum commonly used by other caliper mfgrs which can substantially reduce the heat transfer (approx 1/10 of aluminum) from the pad to brake fluid. Pistons are vented to further reduce the heat contact area and improve air circulation thereby reducing more heat transfer.

- Dust Seal: Our dust seal is of built-in type (instead of external boot type) uniquely designed to shield the dust and foreign material from contamination and will not rip - as commonly seen on boot type dust seals. Piston

- Hardware: Brake pad pins and banjo connections were re-designed for easier brake line connection and brake pad replacement.

- Surface Coating: Powder coating available, see options for color choice.

- Hardware: Most hardware is made of stainless steel for durable performance and appearance.

- Never Get Lost Bleeder Cap: Newly designed with a retaining loop so you will never have to find it again and/replace the lost ones. (made of durable EPDM) Piston

Hat Design:

RB rotor hats are made of forged (vs. billet) aluminum for better strength and rigidity.
Rear rotor are of composite hat: lightweight aluminum shell with an iron ring insert for significant weight savings (about 50%) than made of SS or iron like OE rear hats,
while still retain the use of the emergency brake, unlike other aftermarket light weight hats just cut from aluminum and must delete the OE emergency brakes. This design is exclusively available from RB Performance Brakes.
